I grew up playing sports of all sorts and was active all throughout school. But when I went to college to study music, I let a lot of that activity go as my studies took over. After my boys were born and getting involved in their own sports, my desire to once again be active grew and I started swimming again and eventually found CrossFit.

It was through CrossFit that I found powerlifting and knew right away that I wanted to compete. But I was overweight and not eating well, so I started meeting with a nutrition coach and fell in love with nutrition and decided to become a nutrition coach for the gym I was part of. I had tried every method out there to lose weight and I was excited to finally find a path to long term success and now get to share that with others. Fast forward to 2022, I decided to become a CrossFit coach and focus my nutrition coaching on athletes. So I completed my level 1 certification through the Canadian Academy for Sports Nutrition.

I have a passion for helping athletes figure out how to fuel better so they can not only perform better, but recover better. I love working with athletes of all kinds, no matter where you are at in your journey. My goal is to get you to your goal.

Aside from nutrition coaching, I also coach strength based mobility classes and provide online powerlifting coaching.

Certifications: CFL1, Nutrition RX (Prosper Nutrition) Certified Nutrition Coach, CAASN Level 1 Sports Nutrition, Primal Mobility Certified Coach, and have completed the Fiercely Fueled Nutrition Coaching course
